Terms & Conditions

1. General

KyZenTCG is an independent reseller of trading card game products and collectibles based in Perth, Western Australia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Preorder Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders where appropriate. A full refund will be issued for any order cancelled by us.

4. Randomised Products

Trading card products are randomised. We do not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, rarity outcomes, box hits, case hits, or resale values.

5. Preorders

Preorders are subject to our Preorder Policy. Release dates and allocation are not guaranteed.

6. Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order due to stock issues, supplier allocation cuts, pricing errors, suspected fraud, abuse, payment issues, or other operational reasons. A full refund will be issued promptly for any cancelled order.

7. Purchase Limits and Anti-Reseller Abuse

Selected products may have purchase limits, including a maximum of 2 units per customer. We reserve the right to cancel any order exceeding purchase limits or suspected of reseller abuse, bot activity, fraud, or allocation manipulation.

8. Authenticity

We only source genuine products from trusted distributors and suppliers. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.

9. Intellectual Property

Pokémon, One Piece, Bandai, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Shueisha, and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. KyZenTCG is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those rights holders. All card names, character names, and set names are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KyZenTCG's total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
