Refund & Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes change of mind due to pricing changes, buyer remorse, ordering the wrong item, preorder delays within a reasonable timeframe, or randomised trading card outcomes.

2. Opened Trading Card Products

Opened trading card products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Singles

All single card sales are final unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the issue.

5. Contact Timeframe

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. Include your order number, photos, and a clear description of the issue. Contacting us within this window helps us resolve your issue promptly, but does not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Return Shipping

If the item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.

If the item is not faulty and a return is not required under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping is not covered.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
