Preorder Policy

This Preorder Policy applies to preorder products purchased from KyZenTCG.

1. Full Payment Preorders

Preorder products require full payment at checkout to secure your order.

2. Preorder Nature

Preorder products are not in stock at the time of purchase and are subject to supplier release schedules, distributor availability, and allocation limits.

3. Estimated Release Dates

Release dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer, distributor, supplier, shipping, customs, or courier delays.

4. Allocation Is Not Guaranteed

Due to high demand and supplier allocation limits, preorder allocation is not guaranteed. Orders may be partially fulfilled, delayed, or cancelled if supplier allocation is reduced.

5. If We Cannot Supply

If we are unable to supply your preorder, or cannot supply it within a reasonable time, we will offer a full refund or an alternative option such as a replacement product or store credit.

6. Change of Mind Cancellations

Change of mind cancellations are not accepted for preorder products.

7. Customer Limit

Purchase limits may apply to selected products. We reserve the right to cancel any order exceeding purchase limits or suspected of reseller abuse, bot activity, fraud, or allocation manipulation.

8. Price Changes

The price you pay at checkout is the price you will be charged. We will not increase the price of your order after payment is received. If the market price of a product decreases after your order is placed, this does not create a right to cancel for change of mind or to receive a price adjustment.
